For American Eagle Outfitter’s new children's brand (aged newborn to tween), MNA created the architectural concept and rolled it out to multiple locations. Whimsical, flexible and scaled to its young customers, the design features “building block” components and interactive video displays. In a witty re-take on childhood favorites: ice cream carts and bean bag toss games become display fixtures, and fit rooms evoke secret clubhouses. Materials such as plywood casework and galvanized tin are fresh and uncomplicated.
